Request Ajyal account and data deletion
Start an account-deletion request without reinstalling the app. Opening this page or an email draft does not automatically delete an account.
Request by email
Send your request to support@ajyal.love, preferably from your registered account email. The button opens your email app with suggested text; review it and send it yourself. You can also copy the address and write from your usual email service.

This page collects no password or account details and submits nothing itself. Opening the draft does not prove sending, receipt or accepted deletion. Handling is manual after verification; no specific response or completion deadline has been approved here.
What should your request contain?
- Say that you want your Ajyal account and associated data deleted. Mention only whether you can sign in or access the registered email.
- Do not send a password, verification code, session key, identity document or other people's conversations. Knowing a nickname or public account number does not prove ownership.
- Control of the account or an appropriate recovery channel must be verified before execution. If you no longer have email access, say so; execution remains pending safe verification, without disclosing an account's existence or data to an unverified requester.
If you are signed in to the app
- Open the Account tab and select Export data or delete account.
- Enter your current password in the app only. You can choose Export my data first if you want a permitted copy of your data.
- Read the consequences, type DELETE and choose Delete account and my data. This is final confirmation, separate from an email support request.
- Check the deletion result or pending media removal. The status receipt lasts 24 hours; a missing response establishes neither success nor failure.
What is removed and what may remain
Profile and login details are removed, sessions revoked, and your ordinary authored content removed or redacted. Rooms you founded are closed. Other people's messages are not erased solely because your account is deleted.
Specific reported evidence may remain until 90 days after submission, alongside technical number, block, rejection and audit references. The app privacy page explains their scope and retention limits; some references do not yet have approved final expiry periods.
No confirmed erasure schedule covers all existing backups. Copies may remain on offline devices or with people who saved them outside the app. Account deletion is separate from the 60-second private-message deletion window.
Uninstalling the app does not perform account deletion. Email starts a manual review; deletion is not complete until its execution and scope are confirmed.
