Make a report

Choose Report in message actions, or report a person, room or voice incident. Give a reason, location, time and precise description. Voice reports do not require a text message and live audio is not automatically recorded.

Outside the app or for unlawful-content reports, contact support@ajyal.love with a room/account identifier or content link if available, why it is unlawful, a reply channel and a statement that your account is accurate to your knowledge. Do not send passwords, child-abuse material or copies of others’ chats. Receipt confirmation and human review are separate operational steps.

Blocking and review

Blocking is independent of report success; unblocking does not restore friendship. Hidden content is not resurfaced for reports. Without lawful server-held evidence, the incident is recorded as an unverified allegation.

Administrative access is case- and permission-limited and audited; private chats are not generally accessible. The interface does not reveal the reporter to the reported person; binding legal disclosure obligations remain separate. Owner reports escalate to the platform, and sanctions offer reasons and appeals. Counts alone do not impose sanctions.

Child safety and content rules

Ajyal prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation, grooming, sexual extortion, and sharing or soliciting related material. The18+ rule does not remove this protection. Harassment, threats, hate, fraud, impersonation, doxxing, explicit sexual and unlawful content are also prohibited.

Do not download or forward suspected material; report its location and contact the appropriate authority when there is danger. Support is the published reporting channel. A designated child-safety contact for Google/authorities and staffed review coverage are not established in the publication record; round-the-clock human monitoring is not claimed.

Practical help

Mute your microphone with its control or leave voice. Muting room notifications does not mute room audio. For technical issues, send the version, device model and error description to support without secrets or private messages. Use rights or account deletion for data requests.
