Information status

Incomplete operator details, bases and operational decisions are identified in the text. This is a draft of factual information, not a compliance certificate or lawyer review.

Start an account data request

Continue to Ajyal’s secure form. Enter your account email and choose export or deletion; verification steps will be sent if the request can be processed. You do not need to reinstall the app.

Open the data request form

The form opens on trial-api.ajyal.love. Opening it alone neither submits a request nor deletes your account. Do not send passwords or verification codes to support.

Alternative if you cannot use the form: email request

Available rights

Where GDPR applies, rights include information, access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, with conditions and exceptions varying by right. Withdrawing optional consent does not change earlier lawful processing or constitute blanket consent to all uses.

Correct your profile in the app. Export and deletion require verification and remain independent of sanctions. For lost mailbox access, restriction or objection, contact support with necessary details only, without identity documents in the first request.

Verification and follow-up

The form requests a link to the registered mailbox without revealing account existence. Knowing an account ID is insufficient. Open your own link and follow verification/password steps on the dedicated Ajyal page; do not share it. Opening an email or previewing a link does not delete the account.

Response periods and complaints

Where GDPR applies, the normal response period is one month from receipt. Complexity or request volume may permit two further months, with notice and reasons in the first month. This legal rule is not acceptance evidence for current support times. Non-fulfilment requires reasons and complaint/remedy information.

You may complain to a data protection authority where you habitually live, work or where an alleged infringement occurred. See the official EDPB directory below; no lead authority is invented before the operator’s establishment is approved.
